Just remembered - 'view selection source' would have to be changed too - it'd really be infinitly handy to have that come up in a tab.

James: I didn't test that route. Will fix it in the next release.

Thanks for this great extention!

The ctrl-U override really makes it worthwhile having, but I have run into a bug. When I select view source from my context menu, I still get the source in a new window, not in the tab where I want it. I've used menueditor to edit the submenu. Note that ctrl-u and tools->view source do work as intended though.

[...] I’ve changed the permalink structure. With mod_rewrite available on my host box, I’ve updated it from (for example): http://brian.kingsonline.net/talk/index.php/archives/132 to http://brian.kingsonline.net/talk/archives/132 This means many broken links all over the place and possible syndication chaos for a bit, but is better in the long term.
Deacon, as far as I can see View Source Choice has more choices for viewing source. You can see it in current window, new tab, new window, or Page Source window. Web Developer only has new tab or Page Source Window.

It really depends on what your needs are. For example, if you just want to view the source in a new tab and already have Web Developer installed, then you are better off sticking with that.
