The lead developer of WordPress, Donncha O’Caoimh, is a Corkonian. You learn something new every day. Nice work Donncha. Matthew Mullenweg, the founding developer of WordPress, was in Ireland recently visiting and they got together for a podcast interview with Tom Raftery at Podleaders.
I haven’t listened to it yet, but intend to soon as it looks like there are some interesting topics on current features in WordPress, upcoming ones, and blogging in general. And Matt likes Irish accents, apparently!
