Appartently, about 20 locales are going to be released simultaneously for Firefox 1.5. Look for the SIM RELEASE identifier here:

Other locales in CVS have bugs that need to be worked through, but will get a release soon after.

Real message in this post is that QA team screwed another Firefox release, when they were not able to do QA work on all ready locales.
Adam, that is a too simple approach to the problem. I have seen multiple things fail on multiple ends, some of the things did fail on my side.
I’ll collect opinions, arguments and stuff like that and present them in the upcoming discussion we’ll have at the all hands. We’ll draw conclusions then, and I will argue to have most of them in public.
Axel, I really believe, that you make all you can and thank you very much for your time and your effort. But if our users can’t get software in time with Mozilla Corporation, we need consider carefully, if we could do better job without Mozilla Corporation and of course Firefox brand. In past we could do perfect release in two days after release of en-US version without any support from Mountain View. Actually we can’t do release without support from MozCo and it takes too long. Firefox is just brand and maybe we can live without it.
